Golden Cove Return Policy
We accept returns for unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
To be eligible for a return:

Your hoodie must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

Tags must be attached and packaging intact.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return:
Email us at goldencoveapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and packaging.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at goldencoveapparel@gmail.com.
Please note: Payment processing fees are non-refundable. If you return an item, this small fee will be deducted from your refund.
